Quilt is a band from Boston that is straight up hippie-dippy. I don't mean that in a pejorative way. It's just what they are. This is straight up Mama and the Papas on acid. I'm telling you.

Quilt's blast from the blissed out past is all about good vibes and crazy sounds and groovy visuals and breezy harmonies. It's not for squares, baby. It's for cats like you and me that like to turn on, tune in and drop out. You know how it goes. And hey baby, I can dig Quilt's vibe. I can dig it.

I'm not trying to be mean with this whole thing. I just want to love them as much as their music loves me and all of Mother Nature's creatures. We're all one earth, right? And love is what makes that one earth go magically around and around and around, man. And it doesn't ever stop. It just keeps going and we keep spinning and the music is the balance, man. The music is the balance!

I got to stop there and contemplate the heaviness of what I just discovered. I need to just be with that for awhile. Yes. Yes. Be with it.
